 the matching ladies pic & u waving is too funny !

Nice Bo picture , his St. Patty's gear ! :lmao:

Mr. Hollywood how funny & gross

Yummy crab legs ! Did they always have those on the menu ? We ate there in 08 and I don't remember them ?

Nice Columbia Harbor House seats , would love to try this place in September

Love Sleepy Hollow Funnel Cakes ! Have to get one every trip

Wow ! What view you had while u were eating ! How could she not feel her butt hanging out ? EWWW !

Wow.

I'm glad I had already eaten before I saw that picture. That is just....just....I don't even know what it is. Words fail me.

Was that the tuna sandwich??????

Gross on the picture, and even grosser the fact that it's a grandma! :scared:

I tell my girls they don't want a tatoo, because they won't always be a hot, young thing; they'll be a old saggy woman. (Of course, usually I say those nurses at the nursing home wiping your tail, won't think it looks too sexy!)

I may need to change the speech to this---"Girls you won't always be a young, hot thing---One day you will be an old, saggy woman with a tatoo and a thong hanging out of your pants at Disney World. OH, and by the way, girls, people WILL be taking your picture and laughing at you!" :lmao:

Well, I fell a bit behind (pun intended!) and lookie what I get to see!!!

OH

MY

GOSH!!!

Does anyone ever say anything to people (after taking their picture to post here, of course)? It's so tempting, but I guess if they don't care, I'm going to laugh at them. It would totally kill my appetite. I can only imagine what some teenage boys would do/say/think!

I'm excitted to hear about the cruise plans!

Are you planning to go to Atlantis on your Bahamas day?
It's a dream of mine to see it. :)

Good luck finding pirate outfits! pirate:

The Pirate night on the boat is really low key -- I would tell you get some of those pirate mickey and goofy ears that they sell at POTC or at WOD -- they are red and white striped with ears. Cute. I may get some for our next cruise myself... or a few pirate hats from the local party store. That would work too.. no need to go big time pirate -- I think at the time you are going you won't want to wear tons of costume! Most people just added few accessories that I saw... we have stuff from when the boys did the Pirate's League. Just have fun!

Two weeks??!! WOW. I can't believe that!! YAY!!!

Anita....how many more days...I will survive this right...right??? LOL! Actually today wasn't bad at all...now tomorrow trying to get 120 teenagers to dissect an owl pellet...well I may need therapy at the end of the day LOL!

Hope you are having a great week!!!!! Even if it is only Monday LOL!

Oh my gosh, we did owl pellets in 4th grade my last 2 years!
Did you soak them in water before you started? It really helps to keep the fur from flying...
but it smells. We had to open the windows.
Also there is a great website that you can dissect them online!

Let's see....
Down to 7 1/2 days with kids.
13 days before we arrive in Disney...

Hey I need a DVC or beach club packing list for you... noodles, what else? I am compiling my pile in a tote in the basement... will we have paper towels or napkins in the 1 bedrooms?

I need to get with it!
I'm picky about paper towels, so I take Viva.
I do think there is a roll there though.
You will find that the kitchen is stocked pretty well.
Be sure to take laundry detergent!
I also like a supply of plastic hangers...
Plus clothes pins for chip clips.
Ziplock bags.
Are you getting a grocery delivery?

I wonder if we could leave our pool noodles there for you?

 Woo Hoo for 2 weeks!!!:yay::yay:
It's hard to believe!
That was pretty much Charles' reaction, too.

If our school calendar looks like it usually does, we will be there from December 17 through the 24th!
I hope our district gives us the week before Christmas! I'll be on pins and needles waiting for that calendar to come out!

I'm so glad Charles enjoyed thong grannie!

I am having the BEST morning ever - thanks to your HI-STERICAL thong picture and the fact that I can suddenly SEE photobucket pictures at work. You just had 4 grown women doubled over with laughter. Seeing pictures at work could prove very detrimental to getting any work done! :lmao:

I love the fairy houses and I love Bo's St. Patrick day outfit. How cute is that?

When I see your pictures I realize how much more I missed at Epcot. I knew we were missing so much and, yes it was hot, but I really should have tried to go back into Epcot on my own. I definitely, DEFINITELY need a do-over.
When I went back through Shocker's pictures I found a very close up on thong grannie. He wondered why I didn't post it.....

Epcot had so much to see, just means you need to go back!

Coming out of lurking lurkdom to sub - thank you for the great TR!
Welcome and thanks for speaking up!
This one is almost over, please join us for the next one!

Wow...That's just wrong...:lmao: Thanks for the laugh, though!
That was so wrong! I just have to report it the way we saw it!
WOW Just 2 Weeks :cool1: Have a grand time!
Woo hoo! Thanks!

I imagine the bayou will be gone when f&g goes. They typically take it all down...
Be sure to check out Mr. Hollywood the next time you are there, he really funny!
The crab legs have always been on the menu each time we've been there but not the calamari.
Yes, be sure to go to Columbia Harbor House and go upstairs. Just know if you go late at night they will have that section closed.

Thong grannie must have her hiney exposed enough that she doesn't even notice....
:confused3

Was that the tuna sandwich??????
Yes it was the tuna sandwich and it was great!
Let's see, words....
disgusting....
sickening....
tasteless....
tacky.

Honestly the tattoo doesn't bother me.
Clothes can cover it.
It was the whole package.
Age.
Undergarments.
Placement of the tattoo.
Exposure.
AT DISNEY WORLD!

Sometimes Marc and I can't believe our dumb luck!:headache:

We hadn't planned on doing Atlantis, it's awfully pricey...
Just as soon as I finish this TR I'll do a crash PTR!
I've got some ideas on the pirate costumes in my head.
Got really excited about something I found on Ebay and put in a bid then read HD's post....
Oh no!

Triple P did something really cute for Rabbit, I was hoping to put something together like that for Baylor.
We do have the pirate Mickey Ears, plus Baylor has a Captain Jack Sparrow Costume.
In fact, I ought to send that to you for one of your boys to wear on your cruise!
I'm thinking he could at least wear the hat this time, no way can he fit into the clothes because it's a size "M".

I found an Elizabeth Swan Asian outfit on Ebay and made an offer.....
now I'm thinking it might be too much!
Maybe I won't get it.

I cant wait to hear about your cruise we have finally ecided on one for our honeymoon.. Which cruise are you travelling on??
P.S. I am Grossed out by that Thong Too and just to give you a Laugh here is australia Thong are flip flops and G-Strings are Thongs lol :rotfl:

I'd like to find that website. My 3rd graders did it, but I'm not doing it with the 2nd graders. The online thing would be good to show them.

We have the same as you - four days this week and three and a half next week. It will seem strange not going right into summer school after that.

Have a terrific Tuesday! :cool2:

So I only had 3 days to your total and that is mine LOL!!! I need to start a countdown on my board but I will wait until Friday, test day to do that for them LOL!!!!

I was able to find a great, yet simple lab and shouldn't take them too long! It is just another step of their ecology unit, which the kids always enjoy!

I'm still debating if I'm going to have time to dissect rats or not LOL!

They would VOMIT!!! :rotfl:

We're down to 11 days with kids (not counting today), and the last 2 of those are 1/2 days. Personally, I have 1.5 days (or maybe 2) less than that with kids, because I'm on the hiring committee for our new principal, and we're doing interviews next week during school hours. Our last day is 6/4, I'm proctoring the SAT on 6/5, and we go to WDW on 6/6! It's a busy couple of weeks ahead! :)

That's to bad about the bayou :( I know DD would have just loved it !

I will def check him out next time were DHS :thumbsup2 Last year we had an encounter w/ some of the lady streetmosphere actors and right when they started talking to us I opened my bottle of pop & it exploded , they got the biggest kick out of that

I just always thought Cape May was a buffet for dinner :confused3 So they have a menu you can order off of also ?

Thanks for the tip for upstairs at Columbia Harbor House , put into my notes :)

I think your right granny must like to air her butt out :rotfl:

Anita - if you are at all interested in Atlantis, I would suggest just taking a cab over there and walking around the parts that are free. We just did it on our own. You can see the casino, parts of the aquarium, lobby, shopping and artwork. It's quite beautiful. You can't go down to the beach or use the waterpark unless you pay $$$. We did it and just roamed around and took pictures. My TR has a bunch of them.

Otherwise, Nassau does nothing for me. If we ever do another cruise, Disney or otherwise, I will not get off the ship. The only reason I got off last time was to get rum cakes. We did check out the straw market and I ended up with my nice new ring, but I would rather enjoy the ship and the views.

OMG the pictures were toooo much. My kids got quite a laugh and my 9 yo dd was grossed out (her words not mine!). I am a firm believer in under garments being kept under your garments! I do have a tattoo across my lower back (I won't refer to it as a tramp stamp!) but it and my undies are not for public display!!:rotfl2:

On another note, I had a VB frenzy over the weekend. I ordered 2 frill backpacks for my dd's (my oldest has no interest) in symphony in hue and purple punch. Along with 3 ring notebooks, file folders and spiral notebooks and pencils to match! This is what they wanted for their birthday! I hope those backpacks will hold up for school next year.... I did get a tote for myself - not the sale one it was sold out by the time I logged on. But I did get 11% back on Ebates and 10% off of the VB site - so I guess it was a good haul! :rolleyes1

Oh whatever! You wear and dress up as you want! We didn't do the Pirate night "dress" anyhow, b/c DH isn't into that sort of thing, but with the kids I might join the fun a bit more. I would say you can probably use a few pieces and be fine! I would worry about being hot, outside, where most of the party is. But maybe that is just me? I would say go for whatever seems fun to you!!! It is your cruise! And don't panic about the newness of it -- really there is plenty to do even if that is plenty of nothing! It can be hugely relaxing with a book, etc. Lots to see. Enjoy it! That book, the Passporter book is a great guide. I felt much more situated after reading it. There is a lot of recommendation to just go to Atlantis and see it (you don't have to do their big excursions. I think we will take a cab next time -- but I have to say we really enjoyed just staying on the boat for most of the time -- we only went ashore for an hour.

You'll have a great time! :goodvibes

I am way back on page 45. My goal is to be caught up tom.

I love the pics of the Boardwalk /room. I have not seen the remodel and it was better than I expected!

I don't know what happened but I had posted after the Branson airport post and now - I can't find it.

Anyway - glad to have the time to get caught up with you two lovebirds!!!

Baylor just told me to say hi to Baylor!! :)

I'm picky about paper towels, so I take Viva.

Do you all cook in your villas? We always stay in studios, but we really only use the fridge for our drinks.

I hope our district gives us the week before Christmas! I'll be on pins and needles waiting for that calendar to come out!
Is this for 2010 or 2011? What days are you going this year? I booked today for 12/18-12/24! I'm not sure if we will go then or maybe 12/26-1/1. DH isn't sure if he will have the vacation days. Of course, he says we don't need to go at all! I told him, "Yes, we do need to go! We need to use our AP's!!! and I will be having withdrawals if we don't go by then. We've been the last two NYE's! Are the crowds a lot lower this week? It would be nice to go when it's not quite as crowded. Is dining peak pricing the week before Xmas like it is the week between Xmas and NYE?

I'm so glad Charles enjoyed thong grannie!

:scared1:

Sometimes Marc and I can't believe our dumb luck!:headache:
You do seem to see some unusual sights on your trips! I love the matching ladies! and the lady with the red hair and matching bag! I thought that was her in that other picture. I love the way you wave and motion for Shocker to take your pics!!!!:rotfl::rotfl2:

My friend just did the Disney excursion to Atlantis this past weekend and said they had a great time. I have read there are cheaper ways to go there though. I want to check it out sometime.
