I've heard wearing brown & black together is wrong. Like a solid chocolate brown shirt & solid black pants for example.
Today, I needed to buy new dress pants since my others no longer fit. I bought a solid black pair and a solid chocolate brown pair.
The clothing line also had a solid chocolate brown top that I loved & the cut was flattering on me. It came in several other colors, like solid black. Also a berry & a blue that I just didn't care for either of the shades. Red would have been better. There was a patterned version in black, brown & cream, but it was just really busy when I put it on. Plus size should never come in busy patterns.
Would it also be wrong to wear the solid brown top with the solid brown pants? Exact same color. Too boring I think. And black top & black pants reminds me of going to a funeral. So I got another shirt with some black in it to go with the black pants.
But what the heck am I supposed to wear this chocolate brown top with? What color pants?
Fashion is not my thing.
