These are cute think I'm going to have to look up the freezer paper method and make more shirts. We did themes and similar colors. I want at least one day with 100% matching shirts this time too.
My husband had a Space Mountain and At-At shirt too.
I did them all with freezer paper and fabric paint.

They are really easy. I used heat-n-bond, just cut out the shape I wanted and ironed it on. I have bags that I did two years ago with the same technique. I usually go around it with fabric paint once the shape is ironed on.Those are so cute! I want to try to make something like that!
No sewing?! I never heard of heat-n-bond before. Our trip isn't till November, but I feel the need to start making stuff now! They are really easy. No sewing required! There are two basic types red and purple packaging. Red you can not sew on at all and purple you can sew if you want to. I just use the red. Our trip isn't till October and I've already got the first round of shirts done. Getting crafty is how I keep a cap on the "I want to go now" feelings. LolNo sewing?! We do too! I buy matching shirts from cheapestees.com (usually one set for each park day) and add on vinyl with my silhouette machine. It's super easy and fun! The first year I made iron-on designs but they iron ons cracked within a few washes so now we just stick with the vinyl. So every park day we all have the same matching shirts and we get a lot of compliments!
I get the vinyl from expressions vinyl. (http://expressionsvinyl.com/heat-transfer-vinyl.html) Here's a few from years past...
