We are leaving for our 7-day Western Carribean DC in five days. I have a question for the people with late March/early April cruising experience. Would you suggest packing clothes for cooler temperatures? Outside of the possibility of cool rooms onboard and a breeze at night, were their days when something warmer than summer clothes were necessary? As far as clothes, what would you suggest we pack other than summer clothes and a sweater?

We were on the Magic for Thanksgiving week and temps were in the 80s during the day and 70's at night.....were from a Chicago burb so anything over 40 in Nov. is hot :rotfl2:

Cold during those months. No way. It's already 80 in Louisiana, I would image down there it's more like Upper 80s.

Absolutely Nothing...Only the sweater for each.. The chances of having cool weather out at sea are very minute at this time of year...

Enjoy...

And if it did happen, a good reason to buy on the boat.. :earsgirl:

I'm with you guys..... in the 30s and sunny you can shovel in a t-shirt in January.....

but seriously you should be fine. This January it was mid-80's in both Jamaica and Grand Cayman.

I am bringing a sweatshirt for when it may be cooler at night, or for watching a movie in the theater - I hear it tends to be on the cool side in there -
