I have not had good luck with Bitty fitting into baby clothes. I make most of DD's Bitty clothes (she likes to match her babies LOL). Maybe "preemie" clothes would fit?

I made my own patterns. But I know Simplicity has some cute patterns for Bitty. Watch your Joanns, they often put the patterns on sale.
