Closing today!!! Question???

I received the word today that the closing will be this afternoon. What happens next?

1). You will get a copy of your registered deed in the mail.
2). You will spend most of your waking hours planning for your next 41 year's worth of vacations!

Seriously, nothing much happens. If you purchased direct from Disney, you can make ressies immediately. If you purchased resale, it usually takes a few days for them to get the paperwork and get you put into the system. Once you know the deed has been recorded, it doesn't hurt to call them after a couple of days, because you will not get any notification when they actually have you in the system.
