Congrats to everyone. Maybe they finally got sick of people panic emailing and calling. Nobody calls about ROFR so I can see moving some labor over to transfers to speed things up. Happy with this change!

I was getting a purchase finalized Dec last year and they didn’t move quick.

Wow. Closed on Thursday last week, recorded on Friday, and contract and points just loaded to my account. I’ll post the full details when I’m not on my phone, but wanted to share it. Hopefully this is the start of a new normal and not just one offs before dues season and December shutdown.

I closed on Wednesday last week. I received two emails from Disney at 10am this morning. One email was finalizing my contract and the other has an activation code. I still haven't received the 3rd email from Disney. Has anyone else not received it the same day as the others? I thought I had read that I should receive it 6 hours after the others.

I literally got the email after I typed this. I apparently just need to be more patient.

I will note that it took the seller 3 weeks to properly get their closing documents in to the title company, so that did cause a delay on the closing. But, given how fast Disney got it transferred to my account after closing, can't say I have anything to complain about .
