Yes… and it’s tortureI see the deed on the county comptroller website, so now just to wait for the DVC emails in three to four weeks?
Honestly, as long as I get it in time to bank the points, we're planning a big trip late next year. A little bummed we have to wait so long to use it, but such is life. There are 68 2024 points banked in to 2025 on the contract as well that we're going to see if we can offload via rental or something before they go belly up, but we accepted they may be a wash when we decided to buy the contract.Yes… and it’s torture![]()
I just reached out to MS via chat to ask what's going on and they said they don't see my new contract and 6-8 weeks. I wish there was at least a way to confirm that Disney sees your deed and is working on it.Yes… and it’s torture![]()
They said it's going to take 6 to 8 weeks? Earlier posts in this thread made it seem like 2 to 3. 6 to 8 would be a substantial problem for me, I hope that's not true.I just reached out to MS via chat to ask what's going on and they said they don't see my new contract and 6-8 weeks. They always quote that, I would go by what others are experiencing here. Id say 3 weeks 4 at mostThey said it's going to take 6 to 8 weeks? Earlier posts in this thread made it seem like 2 to 3. 6 to 8 would be a substantial problem for me, I hope that's not true.
That's their automatic canned response that it takes that long. So basically they don't have to look into it for 2 months or I can harass Member Administration if I don't see my contract tomorrow. They said it's going to take 6 to 8 weeks? Yep! We are one week into that wait and it is waaaaaaay more excruciating than the ROFR wait, LOL.I see the deed on the county comptroller website, so now just to wait for the DVC emails in three to four weeks?
Day 22 here as well.I’m dying here, day 22 and I know it’s not even 9:30 but I was expecting something. Last night the resort view room I wanted was available for our entire trip and I don’t even want to check this morning ha.
I am on day 25. Closed and recorded on 7/11 still haven’t heard. I was expecting FridayDay 22 here as well.today is the day!
From what I’ve read Aulani/California resorts take a bit longer to show up? I think several folks with 7/11 deed recordings for WDW have received their points (which is why us 7/14s are super impatient).Has Anyone closed/recorded on or around 7/11 heard from Disney yet. I was trying to book a trip at Aulani before the 7 month floodgates open but looks like I may miss it. Here is my timeline below

Yep. you're in that 7/14 boat with a bunch of us. Here's to hoping they all show up today!I reached out to my selling agent to just “make sure” there wasn’t a mismatch on Disney having the deed.
I just heard back from Disney, see below. This is straight from Member Administration. Disney advises allowing up to four weeks to complete the transfer, and an additional three to four days to load the points. Please watch for the email coming from Disney with your member/club ID number. Usually, when I send an inquiry, they expedite the transfer for us. It all depends on Disney's workload at the time of closing!
Deed was received on July 14, but the transfer has not been completed yet.
Thanks
