I may take this to a different, more-active thread, but I'm still curious if anyone has experience as a new resale member buying two separate contracts at the same time. The vesting information (same two joint owners) is the same on the two contracts, and they are in the same use year. Should I anticipate any issues/delays with these two contracts being correctly associated into a single membership? We're ready to start using our points!

Well there may be some delay on the second because the first will need to be assigned a member id # from DVC. You will then need to provide that to the title company/resale broker on the second so they can vote it for their closing.

The above are my first two DVC contracts, and they passed ROFR at essentially the same time today. I think it will be interesting to see how quickly the closing process moves with each one. I used two different title companies (unnamed for now because it seems I may not have enough posts to post links). From one title company, I already received and returned the closing documents. For the other title company, I have not yet received the closing documents.

One you know that one has closed, send an email to MA with all the details of the second contract to give them a heads up.

I always did that adding on resale when I already a membership

This new membership we got is under my wife's name only, the other two are under both of us, is hers just going to pop up on her dashboard or because its her first single membership will she be getting the emails too?

I received the welcome email followed by a separate email with the activation code earlier this morning. I can't login. To confirm, the member id email is completely different from the welcome email with a contract # that has the same format as the member id?

Anyone ever see the DVC show up in MDE under membership and passes before getting the two emails? if your MDE and the email you gave to DVC for new membership is the same?
