Yes I am trying to book December. I know till be a stretch, but the longer I wait the less availability is what I tell myself. Granted I am just looking for just Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Im using these to book for February so im in the clear for my first 7 month window I hope! I need to stalk this thread to see how long theyre taking as of late!

I have to vent, just a little frustrated as my resale has taken a long time. Rofr took over 56 days, mistake by an agent they waited a month to send it over to ROFR even though I got an email saying it was sent over I called Disney myself on the 49th day and they said it was sent 4 weeks later than what I was told. I signed my closing as soon as I was sent it, I sent over the wire transfer that next day. It took 2 more weeks for closing, it supposedly closed 3 days ago. But the deed hasnt been recorded. Is this a normal timeframe. Sitting on my hands over here waiting for my activation from Disney. Seeing others who the whole process has taken 50-60 days in super jealous lol TIA for any info

Not my experience at all on my first contract. my only delay was the closing took 2 weeks after ROFR and that was only because it was an international seller. everything else has been smooth a quick. I am waiting for my 2 emails from Disney. They received all the transfer paperwork 2 days ago. I'm currently at 43 days from offer.

Who was your title company?

I only ask because I raised my concerns to one of mine after frustrations and I was given a reimbursement of a portion of my closing costs for the wait and issues, at the very least it covered the same day notary I paid for and softened the blows.

Ask them why the deed hasn't recorded, 3 days isn't the usual, in my experience (3 times) it has recorded the day after closing (unless a weekend of course, they dont record on weekends)

After mine records, I always email Disney members admin to make sure everything was received on their end. They should receive everything on day of recording (my experience 3 times as well)

I do ask for the date they received everything as well to make sure it matches recording date and my countdown begins and marking my calendar 14-21 days out is in! It takes them a while to email back so the second i see it has recorded, my email is sent.
