We closed on 4/24 on our Aulani contract.
Today we received both our member ID and activation emails.

Our resale contact was recorded on 4/26 and we received our Welcome Home email from Disney yesterday.

Congratulations to you both and all that’s got their email!

So that makes me hopeful (4/25) for soon hearing something. I’m still (very impatiently) waiting….Disney P-l-e-a-s-e

I closed and recorded on 4/27. Within the last hour, the new contract appeared on my profile. No email and no points but a step in the right direction!

I hadn't realized before now how long magic vacation titles has been taking to send out closing documents. Has anyone had luck getting it sooner by contacting them?

So not sure if I am overreacting but we received closing documents April 23rd. There are 4 sellers on my contract. Initially I had Cammy and didn’t find out she was no longer on my contract until I reached out to the processor who then informed me she no longer worked there. A week later I received a new closer. Last Friday the last 2 sellers turned in their documents, and I was told once recieved we would close in 1-3 days. Today I asked for an update and was told only 4 out of 6 sellers turned in their docs. After reading this I am kinda livid because I am worried they have been discussing the wrong document with me and who knows how long ago I could’ve closed. Am I really just being a brat? I signed my initial contract 3/27 so I feel like this has been way too long.

I contacted them and told them we were traveling in September and politely requested to be expedited and even stated I understood that they were busy. They responded that they would check with the closer and get back to me. I followed up after 2 weeks then weekly after that. It took just over 4 weeks to get documents.

That is VERY long time. I would call/connect to confirm how many sellers there are and how many still have to sign.

I mean all the documents only show 4 sellers so I don’t know where they would’ve found the additional 2. Plus the deed only has 4. I emailed their office manager because my closer has been the worst at responding.

If you're an existing member, and the contract is the same UY (which it must be if it automatically appeared on your dashboard), then there won't be any email. The contract will just appear, and the points will follow.

You only get the emails if you are a new member who needs to set up their DVC account, or an existing member adding on a new UY, or the ownership is different (co-owner, etc.), which means a new membership #.

With all the 4/26 and 4/27 closings showing up today, we're definitely back up to three weeks for accounts showing up on dashboards. Sigh...

That sucks. We're not in a rush to actually book anything, but I still suck at waiting.
Our last contract was direct, and all this waiting is definitely pushing me towards going direct if we decide to add on again.

I don't think DVC even allows more than 4 people to be on title.
I would try to call Mason Title rather than to email, give them your MTC number and see if you can get an answer.
