So, I spoke with member services this morning and they said the member admin department is down to 3 employees. She told me that member admin isn't currently taking calls, which is how I got rerouted to member services, but will respond to email. She also prepped me for longer wait times on everything because they are apparently so backed up with only 3 employees.

That being said my deed recorded 3/13, and I did see my new member number when I logged in about an hour ago. However, no points and when I called they said expect another 5-7 business days for the points to load. I have a ton of banked '21 points that will need to get used so the wait is killing me!!!

Well that is atleast promising that you got your new member number. Were you an existing member prior or new member number on new contract being added to existing account.

Yes, we are existing members. I hoped it would help others. Hopefully, it'll move faster than they said today.

The last date I have seen reported that points were loaded was a deed recorded on March 8.

There were approximately 600 contracts recorded between the 8th and 16th.

I have purchased 3 contracts in dec-Jan time range and the first one was my brand new membership so I first got the email from Disney and after a couple of hours the club ID.. I messaged them on chat about the points .. they said it will take 5-7 days. Msged them next day on chat and they uploaded the points .. just told them I got membership but no points so pls kindly upload it for me.. this much was enough.
For next two contracts I didn’t receive any email but new membership number showed without points.. msged them the other day and they were so kind enough to upload it.
After hearing they are short staffed.. not sure they will be so diligent but will try to day at noon time. Let’s see

Based on the last few posted here, we definately seem to be up to a 8-11 days to get from Recorded to Membership IDs. The DVC site mentions they will be down for a few hours April 6th for training. Of course, that could be anything from new hires, changes coming, or a few hours training on how to use a new copy machines
