So, I spoke with member services this morning and they said the member admin department is down to 3 employees. She told me that member admin isn't currently taking calls, which is how I got rerouted to member services, but will respond to email. She also prepped me for longer wait times on everything because they are apparently so backed up with only 3 employees.Anyone gotten any points loaded lately? Well that is atleast promising that you got your new member number. However, no points and when I called they said expect another 5-7 business days for the points to load. I have a ton of banked '21 points that will need to get used so the wait is killing me!!!

My deed closed on 13th as well and last night I checked .. my new member number was showing in my current UY as well but no points. Try messaging them on chat today around at noon time. That’s what they told me last time when membership was showing without points that it will take 5-7 days. Following disposed advice I contacted on chat the next day and they so kind to load it quickly. I have purchased 3 contracts in dec-Jan time range and the first one was my brand new membership so I first got the email from Disney and after a couple of hours the club ID.. I messaged them on chat about the points .. they said it will take 5-7 days. Msged them next day on chat and they uploaded the points .. just told them I got membership but no points so pls kindly upload it for me.. this much was enough.Thanks for the tip! Based on the last few posted here, we definately seem to be up to a 8-11 days to get from Recorded to Membership IDs. The DVC site mentions they will be down for a few hours April 6th for training.
