Please reach out to the Title Company that completed the closing for a status on the documents for the second contract that you purchased. We will move forward as soon as possible with the first one in the mean time.

Good afternoon,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased two resale contracts (attached) and am writing to follow up on a request to create a new member ID and transfer contracts that were submitted on December 20th, 2022.
We are within the 7-month window of our August 15th outbound flights to Hawai’i and my family is anxious about making sure we can book accommodations.
I have read in some online forums that others had their deeds recorded after us, but have already received their member IDs and points.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
