They have until the day before the “must (or will) close by” date in the contract. If they don’t send everything in by then and don’t ask for and receive approval from you to postpone the closing date, they’re in default. You’ll get your deposit back and, unfortunately, have to start over.Does anyone know how long after RoFR and closing docs submitted by buyer (along with funds) a seller has to notarize and sign? Is it 30 or 60 days? I’m just curious, I can’t find anything in my (buyer) paperwork.
