Okay, cool. Glad to hear that so I'll know when it finally shows up! I'm going to be checking every day this week!

When you do go to use the BRV contracts together, you need to be sure both of them are checked...if you only check one of them, it will only pull from that. And, the order in which you check them will determine which contracts points get used up first....not that it really matters, but just to give you info on how it works in practice!

Maybe. I'm not 100% sure what all these words mean. Does recorded mean when the deed was submitted to the county or when they processed it? I had been checking the county webpage at least once a day. The deed showed up on the County page on Friday, and I got the emails on Sunday (2 days later) to set up my account. The date on the deed was Tuesday (5 days prior to the Disney emails to sign up.). I didn't get a copy of the deed & title insurance from the closing company until the Monday after the Disney emails.

5 days is still pretty awesome. It seems like in most cases it takes 10-12 days from the deed being recorded to receiving the email from Disney. I'm currently on day 6 of waiting for the official email from Disney.

I agree that it was fast. I was also surprised to get it on a Sunday.

Does anyone know how long the second email from DVC takes after closing? I received my activation code yesterday but haven't received the email with my club ID. Tried customer service and they said I need the club ID email. Just curious if is spaced out longer than I would have assumed.

From what I've been reading, it should take a few hours. The castmember you spoke with didn't give you an eta? I'm waiting for the club ID email myself, but it's only been an hour. DVC really knows how to keep new members in suspense, that's for sure!

UPDATE: I received my club ID email less than two hours later. Did you check your SPAM folder? If it's not there, I would definitely call back.

Does anyone know how long after RoFR and closing docs submitted by buyer (along with funds) a seller has to notarize and sign? Is it 30 or 60 days? I’m just curious, I can’t find anything in my (buyer) paperwork.
