Closing question

We were supposed to close in mid-May, but I saw that our paperwork was posted on the Orange County website yesterday. Does that mean we have closed or will we just get a letter at some point telling us that we closed?

I know that it probably doesn't really matter that much, but I'll be happy when we get our cards & feel "official"

what is the orange county website, and why would your closing be posted there, probably a stupid question but i'll ask anyways.

We were supposed to close around May 11th. I did receive our membership cards about a week and a half ago, but stupid me, didn't think that meant we actually "closed." So, I popped on the orange county site, too and found out our deed was recorded on April 19th.

I guess when they sent the membership cards saying it was "official" they meant it!

Our cards came in today's mail Our deed was recorded on April 26th, so maybe they just closed early since everything was in order
