No guarantees-but mine was definitely overstated when they gave me the estimate. Be prepared to pay the higher amount just in case, I'm not an expert, but I had done all of the research and was a little shocked when they gave me that estimate-then pleasantly surprised when it was a couple hundred less-almost exactly what I had initially expected
