Hey Tom,

I'm a little confused. LOL I currently have a contract with you that is dated ON July 28, 2005 for 50 VB points. I was just notified today by the closing company that we passed ROFR. YEAH!! They did not mention the change in closing costs when they called today and I just saw this thread as I was going to post that I'm SO EXCITED that we passed ROFR.

My question is...do I get this new closing price? I went and checked my contract date to be sure and it is July 28th. If I do get the new closing price, was the closing company going to tell me later? LOL I'm so confused because this is our first re-sale purchase. (Well, and it's well past 1 am, too.) Maybe I should go to bed.
I'm just SO addicted to this site.

My documents from the closing company are dated July 28. The documents from you (purchase agreement stuff) was the 25th. Which "date" do you use? LOL
