Closing Costs for HH

Looks like we're going the HH route.

What are the typical Closing cost for a HH resale?

Any good closing agents/attorneys recommendations?

when I looked into a HH resale (but didn't buy) I was told by the real estate broker that closing costs would be in the area of $350-500. I believe SC uses a title agency for closings, not attorneys, but I am not sure.
