I'm about to sign and mail back today.

What is the difference between Tenants by the Entirety ( husband and wife )

or

Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship??

Married couple..both names on contracts.

Tenants by the entirety is a form of ownership for married couples only. If one dies the other owns the whole w/o having to have the property probated. Joint tenants mean that upon the death of one, the deceased's share passes to the other surviving tenant, not their heirs.
Law school paid off for me, lol
