Closing company for resale?

I may have found a resale to buy!

This is being sold by a private owner, not listed with a realtor. So, I need to find a closing company. I know there's a couple "standard" ones that handle a lot of DVC closings. Can anyone tell me their names?

The company that is handling our closing is Timeshare Title & More.

We sold our resale through Shontell at dvcbyresale.

I'm not sure if the company I mentioned handles private closings but it wouldn't hurt to give them a call and ask.
