closest walgreens?

can anyone tell me where the closest walgreens is from WDW? i will need to run and get a photo printed for x-mas cards. wdw charges a fortune!!

yes, If you are coming from DTD, go towards Cross Roads. Instead of going staight at Cross Roads, turn left onto 535. You'll see a Walgreen's about 2 miles up on the left hand side. (Actually 535 bears left at the traffic light at Olive Garden. Don't turn left there, stay straight and Walgreens is on the left hand side.)

You can actually get there really quick using Sherberth Rd from Animal Kingdom. We too like to stay off-site by that Wal-Green's. In fact we were just there over Thanksgiving.

We use the Walgreen's at XCentury city that has been mentioned on Bronson Highway. A very quick way to get there:

Take Victory Way south to Osceola Parkway. That's the intersection with Pop Century and Wide World of Sports. Turn left onto the Parkway. You'll leave Disney property and go over I4 and past Gaylord Palms (can't miss it). At the light at South International Drive, make a right. The Walgreen's will be on the right just at the intersection with Highway 192.

I don't know what resort you are staying at but can give you more detailed directions with that information.

If you're staying at AKL or All Stars, I would go to the one on 192 across from the Orange Lake entrance.

There's also one if you turn Right on 535 from DTD, it's less than a mile away, on the right hand side.

Closest one to Coronado would be the one on 192. Follow signs for AK, then AK Lodge. Once you get to the stoplight, make a left onto Sherberth Rd. Follow Sherberth to the next stoplight (US 192 / Irlo Bronson Hwy), and make a right. The Walgreens will be on the right hand side, at the next stoplight.
