Closest Publix to Disneyworld - driving in from Tampa

Hi,
We are flying into Tampa from New England and staying at Sarasota Springs Resort. I'm looking for directions to a Publix near disneyworld. We will be driving on I4-e and taking exit 62 towards the hotel. Can someone give me directions to the closest publix?
I know there are several in the area, but not sure which is the closest, nor h
how to get to them. Thanks for your help!
