My granddaughter had a last-minute medical issue, so we need to cancel our trip, which is only two weeks away. I therefore have a boardwalk three bedroom grand villa available for six nights checking in Saturday, December 7, checking out Friday, December 13. 2024.
The reservation is a total of 537 points. Obviously if I cancel the points go into holding, and they’ll be incredibly difficult for me to use. To make matters worse, they’re February points so I only have about 45 more days to use them.
I’m hoping to get $16 a point, which is about $1400 a night or $8400 for the six days.
If you’re interested In this reservation, let me know. At this point, I’m not interested in canceling it and renting out a bunch of small reservations but if I don’t have interest in the whole reservation, I may be forced to do that after a few days. I believe according to the board rules if I choose to do that, I have to close this post and start a new one, so please don’t inquire about splitting points for new reservations here.
Experienced renter, I have both rented in and out many times. Happy to provide references.
