) points keep their original UY. You will have to call MS to book using transferednpoints because they do not show up online in your account (unless, maybe, they are the same resort and UY as yours)
2) yes. Transfered points can also be banked after the transfer, so you could also transfer 2018 points and bank them (but this would leave you with less flexibility in case of cancellation)

Reservations can be made at SSR 11 months out or at any other resort 7 months out.
I will need the following info to make your reservation:
Preferred resort
Check in date
Check out date
Room Type
All names in party and children's ages at the time of travel

Phone number

I will make the reservation and forward the confirmation email from Disney once I receive it. Once confirmation email is received, immediate payment required.
If paying via Paypal, you must pay the fee associated with the transaction.
Must be made in US$

Magical Express arrangements can be added if needed.
Dining plan can also be added with pre-payment (I have to pay for this as soon as I add it on).
