It looks like a standard studio room at BWV is 13 pts per night, and a preferred view is 16 per night (weeknights). What is the difference? How much for each point? Do you have references?

All of the rooms are the same size (studios). The difference in pts is due to the type of view. The higher points are boardwalk water view and pool view. The lower points are parking lot view and or tennis court view. By the way all of the rooms will have brand new furnishings starting Jan. 1.
