I have a confirmed 4-night reservation in a studio at Wilderness Lodge Boulder Ridge Villas; sleeps 5. This room has a queen bed, a pull-down murphy double bed, and fold-down twin bed. All Boulder Ridge rooms have been recently refurbished.

As of now, the only DVC studio available for 9/30 is at Old Key West. One option would be to stay there for the night of 9/30 and then move to Wilderness Lodge Boulder Ridge for the next four nights. I also did check the regular Disney hotel website, and it does show a Boulder Ridge studio available (same room category), so it would be possible to reserve through Disney for the first night. (It should be possible to arrange a continuous stay in the same room.)
