I have the following reservation available for rent:

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort

Deluxe Studio - Lake View

Friday July 13, 2012 - Sunday July 15, 2012

I had reserved it for a friend and they had to cancel so I would like to rent it. Its such a great reservation as having a weekend at Disney is summer at Bay Lake is a dream come true. Imagine watching the fireworks from the special viewing area only accessible to those staying at BLT. AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!

The total cost for the reservation is $499

In order to reserve, just PM me or reply to this thread and an offer. I will contact you and if you choose to proceed, I can send you a paypal invoice for the amount. Once I receive the money, I will call DVC and change all of the info for the reservation. Payment is due within 24 hours or I offer it to someone else.

It is definitely still available and yes you can add dining up to I believe 48 hours of checkin. Dining has to be paid for when its added so I can do that for you also for whatever the disney's fee is plus my paypal cost. (I don't charge the paypal cost on the 550 just the dining since I am simply an intermediary.) I could just give them your credit card info at the time of booking the dining and then there is no additional paypal charge. THANKS!

FYI - for that same reservation thru Disney - it is $1,125 so $480 is more than fair.

Is the reservation for two or three nights, ie. 13, 14 and 15 or just 13 and 14?

Checkin is the 13th and checkout is the 15th. 2 nights. Like I posted earlier, the same exact reservation at disney is $1125.00 for just those 2 nights.
