Closed - Points Transfer Wanted - 24 points needed for August '09

I'm looking for a transfer of 24 points to my DVC account. I need these points to finalize our family's WDW trip for August 2009. I'm willing to pay $10 a point and would make the $240 payment into your PayPal account. Please keep in mind that DVC rules for transferring points are you are allowed only one transfer in or out a year and you can't transfer banked or borrowed points. Before you contact me, please comfirm with DVC Member Services at 1 800 800 9800 between 9:00am until 5:30pm ET, seven days a week, that you are eligible to transfer points for this use year and the points being transferred can be used in August 2009.

DVC points may be transferred from one owner to another, one contract to another within a single Use Year. Transfers most frequently occur when points are rented by another DVC member, when a single owner wishes to move points from multiple contracts to a single contract, or when friends / family members pool points from different contracts for the purpose of making a single reservation.

There are a number of guidelines and idiosyncrasies related to transfers of DVC points:

• Banked or Borrowed points may not be transferred.
  
• Points received from another owner via transfer may be banked by the recipient.
  
• During a single Use Year and owner may transfer or receive DVC points, but not both. If an owner opts to transfer any number of points out of his contract during a single Use Year, he/she may not subsequently receive any amount of points from another owner during the same Use Year.
  
• Both parties must be current in their dues payments and have closed on their DVC contract in order to complete a transfer.
  
• Transfers are final transactions—the points may not be returned to the transferring member.
  
• The member transferring points is still liable for Annual Dues on transferred points.

To complete a point transfer you will need to contact DVC Member Services at 1 800 800 9800 between 9:00am until 5:30pm ET, seven days a week, and supply Member Service with both members account information and the number of points to be transferred.
