Hello,

I own 150 points at the Board Walk Villas that I would like to transfer (not rent). These are for April 2016 use year, so they would expire March 31, 2017. They are unrestricted so can be banked by you following the transfer.
$12.50 each, which works out to USD $1,875 plus fees if any (see below).

No charge if using Bank of America transfer (you would need to have a BoA account). Else please add 3% for paypal. I have rented out my points here several times and would be happy to provide references.

How do transfers work?

DVC points may be transferred from one owner to another, one contract to another within a single Use Year.
During a single Use Year an owner may transfer or receive DVC points, but not both.
