We are looking for five nights starting 9/12.

The reservation points is new to me. How many points for a standard room at the Beach Club for that time period? Or the other resorts you listed? Can you send the calculator please?

We are serious and ready to conduct transaction immediately once we find the right place.

It would be the Yacht Club, since they are reservation points the must be used at WDW Resorts. I could send you a pts. chart via email attachment if you could share a email address.
