Closed - Points for Rent/Transfer BWV $10/pt

I have 210 December 2009 use year points available for transfer immediately. I also have banked in 206 points from my December 2008 use year into December 2009 for a total of 416 (210 from 2010 can be borrowed if needed). All are for Board Walk Villas and I'm looking for $10 per point however they are used.

My ideal is for someone that would like them all, but since I can't transfer the '08 banked points that would have to be a rental. I can currently book through May in BWV and July anywhere else. For those planning ahead on renting I have my December 2010, 210 points available to borrow for villa's etc if you need more for the reservation.

If at present anyone is looking for transfer points for BWV with a December 2009 use year, I would be willing to make a transfer now. Otherwise I can perform a rental for a reservation through May in BWV or July at all resorts and would be willing to use up to all 416 December 09 and borrow some of the 2010 points to accomodate.

All purchases would be through Paypal as I have rented and transfered successfully that way before.

I can check availability for a studio but unless you are looking for Saratoga I'm not too optimistic. Please PM me with the details of the reservation that you are looking for.

**Update: I checked and they are all booked up for that date range in December 2009. They only had the odd day here or there at various resorts.

i am very new to this, i was looking to rent a studio at SSR, OLW or BWV for the dates of 9/27 to 10/3. also i was wondering about the dining plan is this something i would be able to get?

Sorry I have closed my listing as I have a renter currently lined up. However I wanted to take a chance at anwsering your question. I know that you can request the dining plan with DVC reservations (at least last time I checked) but I'm not sure if it needs to be booked with the reservation or can be added when you arrive.

I think that you may have trouble with finding a studio for the BWV at this point but SSR or OLW (OKW?) should have a better chance. If you find someone with points they can check the availability and let you know if it's possible.
