Points for Rent/Transfer: Animal Kingdom Villas 660 pts
$10 per point

I have a December use year at the AKV with a total of up to 660 points.

Money order, cashier's check, or personal check accepted if you cover the charges due in full 30 days upon reserving for renting points or 50% down before any transfers.

Full or partial refunds available upon re-renting the points, and will work with you to try reschedule vacation if needed and possible.

Please include:
Choices for resorts
Type of room – please give more than one choice if you can
Dates you are checking in and out

I will also need:
Your address and telephone (I will also give you mine)
Copy of photo ID (I will also give you mine)
If you would like the Disney Dining
If you would like Magical Express

I would like to rent a 2 bedroom, standard view room in either the KV or the AKV in December 2010. We would check in on December 5 and check out on December 11.

We would not require a dining plan or a magic your way package.

I am new to renting, so I would politely request 2 references and a written agreement.
