Paypal fees for the sale = $163.89
Grand total = $4,681.89

If we were to move forward, I'd need the names of each member in your party and your address to make the reservation with DVC. Once I get the confirmation, I'd share it with you and then ask for full payment.

I use a basic contract that includes all the info about the reservation and parties, and I do ask that we all sign it. I'd provide it before needing payment just to make sure you're good with it.
