A standard room at AKL-Kidani is now available for 40 points (My 38 @ $15/point, plus I would need to buy 2 additional points from DVC for $19/point)= $608. Currently this is the only available studio. The Saratoga room is no longer available.

Unfortunately, these are banked points and they are not transferable. I’m sorry to hear about your dad. One of the other members might be able to help you on their thread though!

Bay Lake does have a lake view studio for 46 points. I'd have to purchase 8 one time use points from DVC if you really want BLT. DVC charges $19/point, so the total would be 722 (38 points at $15 a point plus 8 points at $19 a point). There are a few other studios available as well.

Saratoga has a preferred room studio for 38 points.
Boardwalk has a studio for 40 points.
Beach Club has a studio for 40 points.

I would love the contemporary but the extra for the points is a little more than I was looking to spend. I think the beach club would probably be our best best. What do you require to book the reservation payment wise?
