Points available at $13 each. The number of points varies according to date chosen and size of the unit.

I will check tomorrow morning for the availabilities (member services opens at 9:00)

For the terms of payment, you could either chose to pay by bank draft or if you want by Paypal (but there is a cost of 3% that Paypal charges to use their service). I will make the reservation but need to receive full payment immediately or if it is by bank draft, within a couple of days (the time to receive it). If you have any other questions let me know.

Hello,

I didn't realize yesterday the dates that you are asking for are outside of the 11 month mark. That means that reservations can only be made 11 months prior to the arrival date (so April 7th).

Depending on the view you would want here are the points that it would take:

Standard view: 85 points
Bay Lake view: 95 points
Magic Kingdom view: 115 points

Please let me know if you are interested so that I do not rent the points to someone else.

Hi Reno,

Sorry about that, I realize we are a little early, but we thought we might need to be ready to book on the 1st day to ensure availability. However, I think we are going to pass on this offer for now though, we are not completely comfortable paying 100% upfront 11 months in advance.

We have rented before and have always done 50% upfront and 50% before 90 days advance of stay. I understand everyone has their own terms regarding payment though, thanks anyway for your time, we appreciate your fast responses!

Hi,

I know that people have different terms of payment. Before we were owners, I rented from somebody who requested full payment in advance, I didn't even have the confirmation of the hotel reservation in my name when I paid him. I trusted and everything went well, but I do understand your being hesitant.

The thing is, I do not feel comfortable reserving when the person might decide to cancel or not pay the balance and then I am stuck with the points that I have to rent at the last minute.

If you feel more comfortable, I can reserve the room and you can pay me when you receive the confirmation from Disney of your reservation. This usually takes 7 to 10 business days. That way you feel safe and on my end I feel safe.
