Longstanding DVC Member since 2001, have rented numerous times throughout ownership.
These are October U.Y. points banked into 2023 U.Y. and are available for any reservation completed by September 30, 2024. Home resort booking window at Boardwalk Villas is open for stays from now to ending September 30, all other resorts are bookable at 7 months from check-in date.
If interested please provide the following information via the board’s private message system, I will check availability and reply:
1. Check-in date and check-out date.
2. Preference of resort; 1st choice, 2nd choice, etc. Or anywhere except.
3. Type of room. Studio, 1-bedroom, etc.
4. Room view preference if available.
5. Number of guests, names, and age of any children.
6. Contact information.
Keep in mind that availability is always tight with DVC properties and a little flexibility can enhance booking success.
I check the disboards daily and will respond timely. Payment is made by check after you receive Disney’s confirming email of reservation. The exception to this is any reservation made beginning within 35 days which will require payment prior to booking. - Thank you.
