Reservations can be booked at Saratoga Springs Resort 11 months in advance or any other Disney Vacation Club resort 7 months in advance.

I've rented my points before and the arrangement that seems to work best is half of the payment is made once the reservation is confirmed and the other half 30 days prior to check-in date. Personal check, cashier's check or PayPal is acceptable.
