I have 181 points @ $10.50/point (firm price), for ressies starting 8/1/06. I don't require all points to be rented at once, so if you only need a portion of these points for your vacation plans, I can help you. I have rented points on DIS before, so I can provide references as needed.
Making Reservation Requests:
To expedite your reservation request, I ask for the following information from you in full, preferably via email, before I contact DVC to check your request. Please indicate your desired resort, the number of bedrooms needed (Studio through GV), the arrival date and departure date for the reservation, and the number of adults and children in your party. Also, it is helpful if you provide alternate dates, resorts, and room types if you are flexible, especially if you are interested in BCV, BWV or VWL as these resorts tend to have fewer available accommodations until after 1/1/07.
Rental Terms:
$10.50 per point, which includes the time and effort it takes to secure reservations, as well as administrative PayPal fees associated with payment. I require a 25% deposit when the reservation has been made in your name, with the balance (75%) due 60 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is within 60 days from the date your reservation is confirmed, 100% of payment is due at that time. I perfer payments via PayPal, but can also accept cashier's checks. Other terms and conditions apply, and further details are explained in your rental contract.
Other Services:
Once you make your request, I will send you a spreadsheet that shows you how many points your request would require, the total cost to you in renting from me, your deposit and final payment requirements, plus a cost comparison of what your request would cost you if you booked your room directly with Disney. (NOTE: if you contact me via PM, you will have to provide an email address for me to send this spreadsheet to you.)
I will also include information about the Disney Dining Plan, and Disney's Magical Express airport transit service, and can include these selections as part of your reservation at your request. In addition, I can send you an example of my contract once you contact me with the required information.
I love sharing as much information as I can about WDW and DVC, so whatever questions or concerns you have along the way, I am eager to help you throughout the rental process.
