Also, I require payment in full after I send you the reservation number by check within 14 days, I don't refund money unless the resort is closed for your original dates. I also don't allow subletting of the reservation, but will work with you to find another date if you can't make the original one, up till the expiration of these points which is January 31st, 2023.
