I have up to 350 points for rent, for $10 per point. The reservation will have to be between 4/1/2010 and 8/12/2010. Also, I am looking to rent only in the range of 150-350 points. Payment of 50% is due immediately after the reservation is made, and the remaining 50% 60 days before the reservation would start. If interested, please PM me with ALL the following information. Personal check is fine for payment, or paypal if you prefer.
Date, room size and location of room. You will have much more luck if you give me a backup resort or two, as well. Note that Saratoga Springs is always a good backup resort, as it almost always has availability. Old Key West is also good as a backup.
Names of everybody staying in the room
Address and phone number that reservation correspondence would be sent to
Ages of all children staying in the room
Disney requires all of the above information for making a reservation, so I ask for it to I can make the reservation immediately when i call DVC to check for availability. I have had rooms get booked while waiting for the above information in the past, so I have found that having all of the above information streamlines the process quite well.
