@Grumpylarr: Not sure what others are doing, but it would be based on the DVC resort status, not park status which could differ.
If the DVC resort which is reserved is closed, then I would refund.

@DisneyNurseMom: There is plenty of availability at AKV for both studio 1 BR for those dates. I can't send you a PM until you have at least 10 posts I believe. I think there is a test forum to get those posts.
