I have 139 AKV points available for rent for $12/pt. The points must be used by Feb 28, 2014.

If needed, I'll setup Magical Express and the Disney Dining Plan for you, as well.

I have been a DVC member for over 11 years and will provide an easy rental experience.

Please provide the following through either a PM (Private Message) or post on this thread:
1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, Grand Villa)
4. Three top location choices
5. E-mail address

After I check availability, I will respond to you via PM or e-mail with the details and total price.

Once the reservation request is confirmed as available, please send a PM (Private Message) or e-mail to me with the following information:
1. Names of all guests and the ages of the children.
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information.
3. If Magical Express (free airport pickup and drop-off) arrangements are requested, please include flight details.
4. If you'd like to add the Disney Dining Plan, please provide the level desired.

Payment terms
1. I accept payments via Paypal or direct bank transfer for a deposit and Cashier's Check/money order for the final payment.
2. A 25% deposit via Paypal or direct bank transfer is required when you receive a confirmation from Disney
3. The 75% final payment is due via Cashier's Check/money order 60 days before check-in, or immediately if check-in is within 60 days

Hi we are interested in a wheelchair accessible accommodations for any Sunday thru Thursday in January. There are 5 adults and 1 child (11) we are very open about location due to the need for accessibility we know may be challenging to find a room. Is this something that could help with? We would want the dinning plan as well.

Or we could get a studio that is accessible if easier and then rent points for a separate room for adult children. We truly are very open.

Hi. I can get a 2 bedroom villa (1 king, 2 doubles, 1 sofa sleeper) at Saratoga Springs for Jan 12-16 or Jan 26-30 of the requested times in January (Sunday - Thursday). The total point requirement is 132, so I have you covered. This room has a roll-in shower.

Also, available is a 2 bedroom Savanna View Villa at Animal Kingdom Lodge for Jan 26-30. The total points here are 148. I have 139 for my current use year, but I can borrow the additional 9 points if you'd like this reservation, instead. Personally, this is my favorite property because it's so nice to wake in the morning and look out onto the savanna to see the animals. This also has a roll-in shower.

Let me know if you only need a grab bar and a tub.

@HLester2 - The only timeframe currently available at BCV is Dec. 16-19 (3 nts) in a Studio with Garden/Pool view for 15 pts/nt. I can reserve those nights for you and add wait list a few nights before and after to hopefully increase to your requested 4-6 nights, or I found a Studio at SSR available for Dec. 14-21 (7 nts) ranging 14-17 pts/nt.

Hi. The best I was able to find is a studio at SSR. Currently, Feb 20 and Feb. 22-25 are available. I can waitlist Feb 21. The point range is 16-20/nt.

Another possibility is a 1-bedroom at OKW; however, only Feb 21-25 is available. Feb 20 can be waitlisted. The points range 30-36, so the cost is a bit more.

Unfortunately, all categories of studio are fully booked at both BCV and BWV for the entire timeframe requested of Dec. 5-11. I'm sorry.

Let me know if the previously mentioned availability might work for you, instead. . .

Heather - I can get a studio at SSR for Dec 1-4 (3nts) for 12 pts/nt or at OKW for Dec 1-4 (3nts) for 10 pts/nt if you need more than one day early in the month. I just can't fill your request for 4-6 nights that early in the month.
