Closed on second resale contract on 12/23...points still not loaded

Is this common to take this long for the points to be loaded into my account? This was our second purchase (both resale, same UY and home resort). Just wondering. Tried to call MS twice today but busy signals both times.

It took 9 days from my closing to the points being loaded in my account.

If you take out Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, I figure yours should show up anytime now since this would be day 8 for you. :)

It takes roughly 2 weeks now a days.
 
We closed on December 13 and points still not loaded. Have had trouble with Title company. This also is an additional contract to a present DVC contract with same use year.

Hmmm, what exactly is the nature of your problem with the title company? Everything seems to be fine as our deed was posted on the Orange County Comptroller website on 12/23. There has been no indication that there is a problem, just seems slow.
 
Update: As of yesterday my new contract is showing in my online membership account correctly (Home resort, UY, # of points per year). However the points for this year and the next few years are still showing 0 points. I should have all my 2013 points, plus some banked as well as all my points for the next several years. How can they add my contract but not load the points? Seems ridiculous.

It is a two step process accounts are created by one department then points loaded later by another. It won't take long if they are not loaded within 48 hours I'd call.

We closed on our account on December 13 thereby meeting the deadline and not having to pay the annual dues at closing. It seems that the Title Company did not get the paper work into DVC until Dec. 23 and did not record the deed until the 23rd but communicated to me that everything was in on the 13th and it was Disney's problem. I still would not have known had I not checked the Comptrollers website and DVC directly. The Title company has yet to admit the problem or respond to my email. Even though I am waiting on an explanation from Title Company for the discrepancy I have confirmed with Disney they will post my points as soon as I pay the Annual Dues. No big deal, since they are due this month. Just disappointed with the handling of the transaction and lack of honesty in communication.
