Closed Epcot Attractions?!?

Yesterday (7/23/11) we were at Epcot and the following three attractions were closed, innoventions west, the land, and nemo. We had planned to eat dinner at Sunshine Seasons (they were supposed to close at 5:30) so we arrived at 4:30 but they had already begun to close down. The entire land pavilion was decorated with trees and bushes and had a sign Brazilian Rainforest.... Just curious as to if anyone knew what was going on?

It was a private event. My daughter works at Soarin' and she told me what it was but I didn't catch the whole name of it.

I also know someone who works in Hospitality in Orlando and he was at the event - let me check his FB page real quick -- it's the World Education Congress and the event at Epoct was called Epcot Alive. The pictures he posted were pretty cool!

haha thanks i figured it was something like that but the Brazilian Rainforest thing threw me off... (thought maybe a BTG rented it out) Well that sounds pretty cool. Thanks again
