I have been a DVC member since 2013 and have rented points in the past both privately and through point rental brokers.
I require a 25% deposit prior to booking.
Another 50% of the total rental fee is due within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation.
The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the check in date.

I accept cashier's check, Paypal (renter absorbs any fees) and Venmo.

Hi, There is no availability at the Grand Floridian for thoses dates.
The only thing I could find was a 1 bedroom at Saratoga Springs however that would be 96 pts and I only have 82 available to book with during 2021.

There is no availability for Grand Floridian for all of those days. Here is what is available: 5/8, 5/13, 5/14, 5/16, 5/17 & 5/21.
The following resorts have a studio available for 5/8 to 5/14:
Animal Kingdom Jambo or Kidani- Std = 80pts; Savannah = 98 pts
Saratoga Springs Standard= 80 pts
Boardwalk garden view =97 pts
Old Key West = 65 pts
Boulder Ridge = 97 pts.
