I have 840 points that are available for rent (440 OKW and 400 BW) at $10 a point. If you are interested, please PM me so I can check on availability. At this time I will only be making reservations for 100 or more points at a time due to the large number of points I am trying to rent.

I have rented several times over the last decade and can provide a contract if desired. Please contact me by PM and I will send you a list of the information I need to make the reservation and the terms. Please put your email address in the PM. Hi,
This is my daughter's first trip to Disney. She is 7. I haven't been there since 1985 and things have changed a lot. I would like to rent a 2 bedroom Savanna view Villa at Animal Kingdom for 5 Sun-Thurs. nights during my daughter's spring break which is 3/17-3/31. My parents are going, my husband, my daughter and me. I think for this time period we would need 250 points. Also, I'm pretty sure we'd like to add the basic dining plan. When would you require payment from us? I just started working again in Aug. after being unemployed for 2.5 years, so we're finally going to be able to take a vacation again.

Hello! I'm not the OP, but I can answer your question. Unfortunately you cannot get free dining with a DVC rental. To take advantage of the free dining offer you would need to book your resort at rack rate, and your tickets at full price, through Disney (or your travel agent). Renting DVC points may or may not be a better deal for your family -- it's almost always a better deal for mine -- but you will have to do the math to figure it out.

If you cannot PM yet, you also get an error when you include an email address in your post. Have rented points twice previously.
My sister is a Dis club member and staying at the Bay Lake at that time, so that would be first choice.
Sun-Thurs, Mar 4-8
Lake View should be 21@5 days = 105
If they do not have LV, STD would be fine if you are willing to do 95 points.
Wilderness Lodge would be 2nd choice, but would put us at 85 points.
