The Disney website does not have the same availability as DVC I am sure the renter will check for you again but standard view villas are normally booked before the 7 month window or within a day or 2 of it. BLT standard are normally booked up by 10 months out most of the year.

Thanks for the explanation. It wasn't that I didn't believe the renter, I just wanted to confirm. I didn't realize that there would be rooms at a DVC property that were available to the general public but not to DVC owners. I think that would upset me if I was an owner - just my opinion!

No but I can check it and confirm the reservation on October 10. Availability will not be an issue that far in advance. If you like, I will reserve the necessary DVC points and make your reservation early on the morning of Oct. 10. I have done the same thing for several other renters. Let me know. I will be glad to do anything I can to help.

The 21-24 are available at Sarasota Springs. If you are flexible I am sure we could find you something in BLT or Boardwalk close to that time.

I am so sorry but there is not availability at any of the resorts for these dates. It is very difficult to find availability for October, November, and December. These reservations need to be made far in advance. There are a few days here and there but that is all.

There is a one bedroom villa at Disney's Sarasota Springs Resort and Spa for the dates you selected. (at least there is one this morning) December is a very busy month and there is virtually no availability left. This villa requires 138 DVC points. There is no availability at any of the DVC resorts for the dates you requested. New Years's is a very busy time and these need to be booked months in advance. Things will become available after the first week of January. Let me know if you are interested in any alternate dates.

I can book that reservation on October 15. There will be no problem with availability that far in advance. If you like, I will book the reservation early on the morning of Oct. 15. I will reserve the necessary points for you until then and you need not pay anything until the reservation is confirmed. I only ask that if your plans change before then, you let me know so I can rent the points to someone else. If you want to do this, I will need the type of accomodation you are looking for and the names, addresses, and ages, and phone numbers of all the guests staying in the studio. Just let me know.
