Hi - sorry, but there doesn't appear to be 7 days in a studio anytime in December at AKL. Are you interested in any other resort?

Nothing available at the end of November. The only places that have availability for a week in December are Old Key West and Saratoga Springs. Any interest in those? Or would you like to look at 1 bedrooms?

Hi -

It looks like all 3 resorts have available studios for that week. 2 br value at AKL does not have all days available.

However, this is outside of the 7 month booking window, so the only room I would be able to book for you would be at OKW. If you want BW or AK, your options would be to rent from someone who has those as their home resort or wait until the first date of your reservation is inside 7 months (9/18/2014) when any DVC owner can book.

we are having a family reunion next fall and am looking to rent points for KV 2 bedroom villa point 185, OKW 2 bedroom villa 181 points, or BWV 2 bedroom villa 185 points.

there are 7 adults and 3 children under 3.

dates are Aug 9 - Aug 15 or Aug 16 - Aug 22 or Aug. 23 - Aug 29 or Aug 31 - Sept 5 or Sept 6 - Sept. 12.

We are flexible on dates just check in on sun and check out on sat.

Unfortunately that week is pretty booked up. There is no availability for any studio anywhere for that week. AKV has 2 nights available, but that's it. Sorry!

The dates for the first one would be Oct 27-30 a studio at Old Key West
30 points
The second stay would be Nov 26-30 a studio at Old Key West 71 points
I'm checking for my self and for a friend, we'd be paying separately.
