These are SSR points, with a Feb 2012 Use Year, so they expire January 31, 2013. I can make reservations at any resort 7 months prior to the arrival date. Can make reservations at Saratoga Springs (including Treehouse Villas) up to 11 months prior to arrival. I promise quick, helpful service! I've rented many times before (feel free to search my username "kimszath" on the DIS Boards!), and can provide references.

Goofy 76, Boardwalk isn't available those dates (I can get a couple of nights in Garden or Pool View only, but not the rest). Saratoga Springs is available those nights at 136 points per room. Let me know!

AKV at 30 points isn't available (must be value studio?)--no availability at Jambo House in any studio.

AKV Kidani Village with a Savanna View is available at 51 points. Standard view not available.

Saratoga Springs deluxe studio is available those nights for 45 points.

Old Key West deluxe studio is available those nights for 39 points.
